Attention all coaches and parent volunteers - we have changed our policies in regards to fundraising and purchasing items for teams. As of the 2010-2011 season no corporate fundraising is to be done without prior approval of the Executive Committee and the Athletic Director. If you are looking for any corporate sponsors or fundraising the Fundraising Request Form must be filled out before any business is contacted and turned into the Executive Commitee. 

When purchasing any items for the team in order for the Plymouth North Booster Club to make any payments a Purchase Order Form.
